Chief Ogo-Oluwa Bankole
Chief Bankole attended the Yaba Technical College and later the University of Lagos where he graduated with an Honours degree in Business Administration. He also had Technical training in Paint production with ICI Paints Division in Slough and Stowmarket, England.
He has worked in various capacities in the Paint industry in Nigeria which include CAP Plc from 1967 – 1977 where he rose from the position of Laboratory Assistant to Head of Production and Colour Laboratory. He later joined African Paints as the first Production Manager from where he resigned to establish Premier Paints Plc in 1982.
He has attended various courses both at local and international levels. He is a Director of other Companies and immediate past Chairman of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, Ogun State Chapter. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Mercyland International School, Abeokuta, ogun State. He is happily married with children.
Dr. Ade Yusuf (DipM (UK); FCIM (UK))- MD/CEO)
Dr. Ade Yusuf joined Premier Paints Plc as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer on Monday 3rd April, 2017. He has thirty five years’ post qualification work experience in business administration and general management. He attended several training programmes and was groomed on the job to set the tone for his distinguished career in management, all of which impacted positively on his productivity and leadership qualities.
He held several positions in field sales, marketing, sales administration and general management, climbing the professional ladder from Area Sales Manager (Trainee); Regional Sales Manager; Senior Sales Manager; Marketing Services Manager; Marketing Manager; National Sales Manager; National Sales & Services Controller; Commercial Manager; Head of Sales & Marketing; Deputy General Manager (Sales & Marketing) and General Manager (Sales & Marketing). He performed key functions in the manufacturing sector over the years. His strong background in multidisciplinary training prepared him for top level management responsibilities in blue-chip organisations.
Dr. Ade Yusuf has an impressive educational background and professional memberships. He has a First Division in the West African School Certificate Examinations (WASCE); a B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Economics, Second Class Upper Division; M. Sc. Degree in Economics; M. Sc. Degree in Management, MBA Degree specialising in Marketing Management. He has a Ph.D Degree in Business Administration, majored in Marketing Management. He is a holder of Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK); he has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) for over two decades and Chartered Marketer of the same renowned international institute for over one and half decades. He is a Member of the Institute of Strategic Management (Nigeria) and member of other relevant professional associations in Nigeria and overseas.
Dr. Ade Yusuf attended several on-the-job training for skill acquisition and professional development. Educational institutions he attended are Ladigbolu Grammar School, Oyo Town; University of Nigeria, Nsukka; University of Lagos, Akoka; and Lagos State University, Ojo. He attended short skill acquisition professional courses at the prestigious Lagos Business School. Dr. Ade Yusuf is married to Mrs. Bola Yusuf, a holder of B. A. (Hons) English and M. A. Literature. They are blessed with wonderful children.
Mr. Doyin Adeyinka – Director
Mr. Adeyinka is a Director on the Board of the Company. He is also currently on the board of various other Companies which include Albvic Investments Limited, Domme Facilities Management Company and Summit Hotels Group.
He is presently the Managing Director/CEO of Acorn Petroleum Plc.Mr. Adeyinka holds an MBA from Lagos Business School and a Bachelors degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.
He has also attended the Senior Executive Programme of the London Business School. A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, he started his career with Texaco Nigeria Plc now Chevron Oil Plc and has had varied exposure in both upstream and downstream sectors of the industry in various positions at Zenon Petroleum and Gas Ltd., Honeywell Oil and Gas, Vigeo Farstad Shipping and Vigeo Ltd. In his spare time, he enjoys playing Chess, reading books and watching football. Mr. Adeyinka is happily married with children.
Mr. Olaleye Adeniran Adeyinka – Director
Mr. ‘Leye Adeyinka is a multi skilled finance professional with over 12 years of experience across broad spectrum of industries. He was responsible for the accounting, finance, taxation, corporate finance, treasury, and IT functions for Westcom Group, an emerging conglomerate with interest in Integrated Steel, cement and construction and real estate.
Prior to joining Westcom, Mr. Adeyinka spent over 8 years performing various roles in Arthur Andersen and then KPMG where he worked on several multi-disciplinary teams and collaborated with several KPMG offices including the Netherlands, India,& South Africa to deliver world class services to clients.
He is a graduate of combined honours in Computer Science and economics (OAU, Ile Ife) and an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has attended several training programmes and conferences locally and internationally.
Mr. Leye Adeyinka is happily married with children.
Mr. Olawale Bankole – Operations Director
Mr. Bankole is the Operations Director of the Company. He attended Baptist Boys High School and Abeokuta Grammar School, both in Abeokuta. He later attended the University of Lagos where he studied Chemical Engineering. He did his Youth Service with the Nigerian Bottling Company, Owerri plant, Imo State.
He joined Premier Paints Plc in January 2000, where he rose from Technical Executive to an Executive Director. He is also a director of several other Companies. He has attended various courses both locally and internationally. He has also supervised many projects while in premier Paints throughout his ten years working career.
Mr. Wale Bankole also possess a Professional Certificate in Project Management from Project Management College, UK.
He is happily married with children.
Alhaji Rasheed Yussuf – Director
Alhaji R.O. Yussuf is the Chairman, Board of Directors of Trust Yields Security Ltd. He is a professional Banker and Chartered Stockbroker.
He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has over 25 years Capital Market experience.
He is happily married with children.
Dr. Banji Oyegbami – Director
Dr. B. Oyegbami, , is presently the Chief Medical director of Betta Hospital Limited, Agege. A hospital he founded and has successfully operated since 1981.
He is also the Chairman SAOF (Breast Cancer Charity Foundation).
He is happily married with children.
Mr. Olurotimi Arigbede – Director
Mr. Oluritimi is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur with over 20 years aggregate experience in the corporate and business world. His career path has exposed him to various sectors of the economy like pharmaceutical and manufacturing (Pfizer Products Plc, now Neimeth Pharmaceuticals plc) where he handled treasury operations for the Pfizer West African Group, Texaco Nigeria Plc (Now MRS Oil) where he worked at various times in financial services, products management and operations.
He has also aviation refueling and Aircraft maintenance with the Warner Luis Group: A global company with extensive operations in all the major airports in the world. In this capacity, he was responsible for business development and financial services in the Anglo-phone region of West Africa.
He is currently the MD/CEO of Navitus Energy Plc, in this position, he provides strategic and business directions for the company and also responsible for the day to day operations of the business.He is currently a Director of TGHL Capital Ltd. Olurotimi is a graduate of Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, ile Ife.
Dr. M.K.O Balogun – Director
Engr. Muhammed Kassim Olatunde Balogun – DirectorEngineer Muhammed Kassim Olatunde Balogun holds an MBA from Lagos Business School of Pan African University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of English (Hons) from Federal University of Technology, Owerri.
He has over 15 years working experience in various capacities covering General Management, Customer Service, Manufacturing, After Sales, Sales/Marketing, Project and Facilities Management and Industries like Vehicle Assembly Plant, Vehicle Leadership, Security Company, Fast Food, Banking and Aviation Sectors of the Nigerian Economy making him a fully rounded professional in both private and public sector.
He has held various position of authority in all these establishments. In September 2007, he along with three of his classmates at the Lagos Business School and another colleague founded DOMME FACILITIES MANAGEMENT LIMITED one of the leading indigenous FM companies in Nigeria today. He is founding CEO of the Company. Domme with other partner organized the first ever Africa Facility Management Show, Exhibiton, Workshop and Award (AFM Show) in August 2010.
In February 2012, after the merger of Domme FM Ltd with WSP FMC Nigeria Limited, he was appointed the CEO of the Company with effect from March 1st, 2012, a position he still holds till date. He is happily married with children.
Mr. Oluwaseun Farotade –Alternate Director
Oluwaseun is a financial service professional involved in corporate finance advisory consulting with particular focus on transaction advisory and Private Equity. Oluwaseun was an Associate at SMART Advisory, a boutique investment banking outfit where he led the client origination team and as well as serving as the firm’s liaison with a major African focused trade finance bank based out of Cairo Egypt.
He had prior experience working as an investment partner at Krishna Capital Partners Africa; a Nairobi Kenya based investment outfit where he serviced clients in Private Equity and Corporate finance advisory.
Oluwaseun currently works with an investment group with focus on emerging markets where he provides business development and strategy support to a number of portfolio companies in range of jurisdictions across the EMEA Region. Oluwaseun is an alumnus of the prestigious London Business School.
